Spending Wisely is the kind of site I need to read more often to remind myself that it's not crazy to be reasonably frugal. That there is, in fact, a lot of good sense in it. Unfortunately, I still worry that frugal-ing my way to financial security will be a losing proposition if housing prices keep rising in excess of 10% per year in regions where people actually want to live.
